Call for Presentation Proposals - Fall 2026 Conference SWANA Georgia Chapter

Call for Presentation Proposals

2026 Fall Conference
SWANA - Georgia Chapter

Jekyll Island Convention Center, Jekyll Island, Georgia

September 9-11, 2026

Please note, that by submitting this proposal form you are committing to be available on Wednesday September 9, Thursday September 10, or Friday September 11, 2026 as a speaker at the 2026 Fall SWANA Georgia Chapter Conference.  Please check your calendar now for these dates.  Presenter cancellations are very difficult to accommodate and will be noted for any future presentation consideration.  Presentation opportunities are limited, and we seek to provide a balanced program for our conference attendees; therefore by submitting this proposal, it does not guarantee you will be selected as a final presenter.

  • Email us a copy of your complete presentation at least one (1) week before the conference to [email protected] and/or submit a copy of your complete presentation on a USB flash drive upon check-in at the conference. We insist on receiving an electronic file format (i.e., *.pdf, *.pptx, *.ppt) of all presentations prior to the meeting to ensure smooth transition between speakers. We might also share your presentation with the conference registrants after the conference, so please indicate on the form below whether or not you give us permission to share your presentation.
  • Provide a professional headshot as soon as you are notified of your selection. This will be used for conference materials and promotional purposes.

Once selected, if you are only attending the part of the meeting in which you present, you must register with the SWANA-Georgia Chapter as a "Speaker Only" and no payment is expected.  However, If you plan to attend the conference in its entirety or wish to participate in additional activities (i.e., golf tournament), you will need to register and pay the appropriate fee.

If you have any questions about completing this form, please direct all correspondence to [email protected].

Deadline to submit your presentation proposal is July 10, 2026.

Please submit by completing all sections below.
